Do I need to change my diet while going thru IVF?

For most patients, no diet change is necessary.

Any exercise restrictions?

Yes, patients are no longer allowed to exercise after Day 7 of a fertility cycle. After a successful fertility cycle, your primary OB will determine any continuing exercise restrictions.
