GoFertility’s Track Record of Successful Procedures
While the national pregnancy rate per embryo transfer has annually hovered between 30 and 40 percent since 2011, GoFertility is excited to share our success rate has bested the national mark every year during that time frame.
In 2015, our office’s pregnancy rate per embryo transfer was 76 percent. In 2017, our success rate jumped to 81 percent. And soon after Dr. Jacob became a board-certified High Complexity Lab Director, our success rate again improved to 88 percent for 2019. In 2023, we were ranked a top-50 IVF clinic in the country by Newsweek.

Dr. Saji Jacob
MD, FACOG, HCLD (ABB)
Dr. Jacob’s background as a board-certified OB/GYN, reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist uniquely positions him as an industry leader in pregnancy success rates. He is also a trained embryologist.

Ashley Graham
Office Manager
Ashley Graham has served as the GoFertility office manager since 2011. As an IVF patient herself and one of Dr. Jacob’s robotic surgery patients, Ashley has found herself right at home assisting patients at CRMRS. It means a lot to Ashley personally to work with the center’s patients as they undergo testing and treatment.
Ashley works closely with insurance companies, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies and medical providers to help obtain the best possible outcome for patients. She recalls feeling overwhelmed by the infertility process when she went through it, and she wished IVF centers would have taken the extra minute or two to help her understand what was happening. She now enjoys taking that additional time with GoFertility’s patients and is happy to go the extra mile to provide outstanding patient care.
Our kind and patient-centered staff is headed by Dr. Saji Jacob, who has a lifelong interest in helping couples dealing with infertility. Dr. Jacob has a perspective that includes both clinical and laboratory work, so he understands infertility problems from multiple angles. He is a certified robotic surgeon and national proctor who trains doctors in robotic surgery. With his expertise in this area, Dr. Jacob provides surgical procedures for complex infertility conditions such as stage IV endometriosis, microsurgical tubal reversal surgery and myomectomies.
