Care here is delivered by a small team in a single office in Creve Coeur. You will see the same familiar faces at every visit, which is a convenience not found at many other reproductive centers.
Dr. Saji Jacob
MD, FACOG, HCLD (ABB)
Dr. Jacob’s background as a board-certified OB/GYN, reproductive endocrinologist and infertility specialist uniquely positions him as an industry leader in pregnancy success rates. He is also a trained embryologist.
He is a certified robotic surgeon and a national proctor who trains doctors across the country in robotic gynecological surgery, including advanced-stage endometriosis, myomectomies and complex hysterectomies. Read what patients have said in our success stories and testimonials.
Sophi Cooke
DNP, WHNP-BC
Sophi Cooke is a Women’s Health Nurse Practitioner with a broad background in women’s healthcare, including obstetrics, gynecology, and reproductive health. She is passionate about providing compassionate, patient-centered care and helping individuals and families navigate their fertility journey with confidence and support.
She has cared for women across a variety of settings and is honored to support individuals and couples pursuing fertility treatment and family building. Sophi also performs our well woman exams, taking the time to explain each step and answer your questions so you never feel rushed.
Ashley Graham
Office Manager
Ashley Graham has served as the GoFertility office manager since 2011. As an IVF patient herself and one of Dr. Jacob’s robotic surgery patients, Ashley has found herself right at home assisting patients at CRMRS. It means a lot to Ashley personally to work with the center’s patients as they undergo testing and treatment.
Ashley works closely with insurance companies, pharmacies, pharmaceutical companies and medical providers to help obtain the best possible outcome for patients. She now enjoys taking that additional time with GoFertility’s patients and is happy to go the extra mile to provide outstanding patient care.
Our kind and patient-centered staff is headed by Dr. Saji Jacob, who has a lifelong interest in helping couples dealing with infertility. Dr. Jacob has a perspective that includes both clinical and laboratory work, so he understands infertility problems from multiple angles. He is a certified robotic surgeon and national proctor who trains doctors in robotic surgery. With his expertise in this area, Dr. Jacob provides surgical procedures for complex infertility conditions such as stage IV endometriosis and myomectomies.
